"The Photopainting" and related names used on the Site belong to Justin Menendez. Owning a physical artwork does not transfer its copyright or reproduction rights.

Permitted use

You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share images on social media only with clear credit to "Justin Menendez" and a link to the Site or @justin.menendez.art.

Without my prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, print, or sell any artwork or image from the Site.

• Modify, crop, or create derivative works from the content.

• Use any content for commercial purposes, advertising, or merchandise.
